BoldMove Nation has introduced new western-themed content for its Smash & Reload 2.0 interactive dark ride. Cactus Valley immerses players in a world where cacti take centre stage. Featuring intuitive and high-energy gameplay, the experience is designed to be fun for the entire family. Combining digital technology with real theming, the vehicle's movements and display media are all synchronised to create an exciting ride.
Compact design with big thrills
BoldMove says that the ride’s compact design makes it possible for amusement parks to reuse existing buildings, adding value to a park.

Powered by the Rogue Rides trackless ride system, the ride’s vehicles can move sideways, shake and turn during the four scenes.
All of the action is displayed on four-metre-wide screens which display animated sequences. After the finale, a dynamic high-score board displays the individual and collective team scores.
Famous Western iconography
“Filled with playful references to iconic Western films and major cinema hits, this theme delivers humour, action and surprises at every turn, guaranteeing laughter from start to finish,” said Benoit Cornet, CEO of BoldMove.

“From a hilarious show driven by autonomous virtual characters to an irresistible urge to take action; from the continuous enhancement of individual performance to a shared collective experience: everything is designed to make Smash & Reload 2.0 the essential ‘little big dark ride’ for every park.”
