Recently, the controlled detailed planning of Hanxi Avenue North reserve plot in Panyu District, Guangzhou was endorsed at the 22nd session of the fourth Guangzhou Municipal Planning Commission Regional Planning Professional Committee. The blueprint aims to benchmark the world's premium parks both domestically and internationally, foster the amalgamation of the traditional and the modern within the Chimelong Tourism Resort, enhance its quality and expansion, establish a super park spanning 43 hectares (430,000 square meters), and formulate a "one center and four parks" layout in Chimelong Tourism Resort along with Chimelong Safari Park, Chimelong Water Park, Chimelong Paradise, and the "Park Hub".

In synchronization with the southern extension of the new central axis of Guangzhou, it plans to establish urban public green spaces, craft a central axis space gazing at Guangzhou Tower in the north, the iconic Zhanghegang, and the southern Dafushan Forest Park, while also creating a meandering green belt encircling the core of the open paradise.
