The signing ceremony of the Kashi Ocean Park project in Xinjiang was held at the International Exhibition Center on October 15, 2024, marking the official landing of the largest large-scale comprehensive ocean park project in Kashi, Xinjiang Province. According to the information, the project is located west of Lucheng Yuyuan residential area and south of Beihu Park in Kashi, with a total investment of 800 million yuan and a land area of about 100 acres (about 66666.67 sq.m). The construction area is about 20,000 square meters, and it will create 10,000 jobs. It will strive to build Xinjiang's first large-scale comprehensive ocean park integrating marine life display, leisure entertainment, catering and accommodation, performance appreciation, and interactive science and technology.
