According to "Jinmao Qingdao", as the first comprehensive cultural and tourism project in Asia with "Eden" as its ecological IP, the Jinmao Qingdao Eden Project takes "water" as its theme and is committed to creating a world-class "coexistence with water" new world water theme park. Covering a total area of 1,200 mu (800,000 square meters), with a core area of 400 mu (266,666.67 square meters) and a planned total construction area of 47,000 square meters, it is expected to officially open its doors to the public in the summer of 2025.

The park is planned to have five theme areas, including four theme venues, one water park, one float parade, one night lake show and five interactive amusement facilities and equipment, integrating themes such as water birth, water joy, water civilization and water return. Nearly 20 interactive experience projects use high-tech, multimedia and immersive technologies to showcase water experiments, water circulation, water ecology, water protection, aquatic life and climate simulation, allowing visitors to fully and stereoscopically experience and understand the knowledge, forms and changes of water during their visit. In addition, visitors can enjoy nearly 100 all-day special performances every day, which fully integrate Chinese and Western elements, bringing a dual shock of vision and interaction.
