>Step 4: Enter the privacy policy page. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check the box of “I agree". Then click“Confirm".

>Step 5: Complete the information of your identity. Please choose the identity which best suits you based on your actual situation. Then input your information accordingly. After completion, click “Agree and Register".

> Step 3: Enter the INQUIRY interface, enter your inquiry into the box, then follow the instructions as the interface shows.
