Traffic Directions
Method 1: Use the Grab app to hail a ride or take a taxi at the airport. You can choose a suitable car rental plan based on the number of people and the quantity of luggage.
Introduction of Grab APP
Functions: Take a taxi or order food (supports UnionPay card, credit card, cash, GrabPay and other payment methods.)
Download: After departure, search for "Grab" in the App Store on your phone to download.
Register: You can register using a mobile phone number with roaming enabled, or use a local mobile phone card to register.
Payment method: After registration is complete, click "Payment" and then click the gear in the upper right corner, select the payment methods according to the prompts.
Method 2: Take the subway
Take Line 7 (KLIA) from the airport terminal to BANDAR TASIK SELATAN; after 3 stations, transfer to Line 4 (Green Line) at BANDAR TASIK SELATAN station; take 11 stations to the exhibition hall WTCKL (because different subway lines in Malaysia are operated by different companies, the ticket purchase process is relatively complicated, and it is not recommended for friends who are traveling to Malaysia for the first time)

Breakfast includes sandwiches and coffee; lunch (11:30-14:00) is limited fast food; afternoon tea is available after 14:00.
● On the 2nd floor of the exhibition hall: RIVERSIDE CAFE

Payment Method: UnionPay Card, Alipay
Mainly soup noodles, bread, pasta, and Southeast Asian meals.
● The underground floor of SunWay Putra Commercial Center opposite the exhibition hall is a food court, and there are restaurants on the other floors.
Business Hours: 9:00-20:30
Payment Method: Except for Chinese restaurants, most other restaurants do not support UnionPay cards and Alipay.
The mall has a variety of dishes, and most of them are branded restaurants.
● Note for ordering takeaways using Grab APP: Takeaways can be located directly at the exhibition hall or hotel, and the takeaway pick-up location is at the main entrance of the exhibition hall.
Guide to entering Malaysia
● Please carry and keep the following materials properly (mobile phone backup is recommended):
① Original passport (make sure it is valid for at least six months, with at least 2 blank pages, and stay no more than 30 days)
② MDAC electronic entry card
③ Business invitation letter
④ Air ticket itinerary
⑤ Hotel reservation confirmation letter
● Self-service entry: Go to the self-service gate to scan your passport, look at the camera for face recognition, and wait for the gate to open to successfully enter. Manual customs entry (stampable): You need to prepare printouts of air ticket itinerary, hotel reservation information, MDAC electronic entry card, etc.
● Please fill in and download and print the entry card within 3 days before entry. Copy the URL below and open it in the browser: https://imigresen-online.imi.gov.my/mdac/main
Notes:
● Please open global roaming in advance, rent portable WiFi or purchase local mobile phone card.
● Malaysia uses British standard three-pin plug, voltage is 220-240V, please prepare the conversion plug in advance.
● It is recommended to bring conventional medicines (such as cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, antipyretics, etc.).
● The area behind the exhibition hall is a local indigenous settlement in Malaysia. It is not recommended to go by yourself at night.
● Smoking is strictly prohibited in the exhibition hall. People wearing slippers and shorts are not allowed to enter the exhibition hall.
● Malays like spicy food, avoid pork.
● Men generally do not take the initiative to shake hands with ladies, unless the ladies offers to shake hands.
● The left hand is considered dirty by the Malay, so when communicating with the Malay, the right hand should be used when shaking hands or passing articles and other things.
● Do not touch the child's head.
● The Constitution of Malaysia clearly stipulates that Islam is the official religion of Malaysia. Malaysia is mainly composed of Malay, Chinese and Indian ethnic groups. Ethnic groups have different religions, cultures and customs. More than 90% of Malays believe in Islam, while most Chinese believe in Buddhism and Taoism, and most Indians believe in Hinduism. Please respect the local religious culture.
● Prayer will be broadcast on the radio at noon and between 3 and 4 p.m.
● The mosque is a place where Muslims hold religious ceremonies. When it is open to visitors, ladies are required to wear abayas and headscarfs, or they will be turned away.
● Please take good care of personal documents and belongings!
